Basically a slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s cheap, and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
Cons:
I lived at this address for 5.5 years. During that time, our rent increased, but the only thing that the landlord ever did was paint the hallway and change a lightbulb in Dias hall. The floors in this building are slanted because of settling so badly that you can put a ball at one end and it will roll across. The windows leaked so much air that our heating bills (all electric) were insanely high. During Covid, we had a mouse problem and could not get anyone to return our calls or help us, so we had to hire an exterminator ourselves. They filled 40 holes! The exterminator the landlord sent did the bare minimum. The apartment looked original to 1920 not 2020. Also, the rats were coming g into our entry way.Beware of Mott & Prince Management. They are horrible.
Advice to owner:
Renovate and care for your buildings. You don’t even know who lives there! It’s insane

Ask about the bug problem!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenience to my work
Cons:
Mice and water bugs or cockroaches? My first ever encounter with those things. Not nice to go to the bathroom and have this huge bug on the toilet seat
