Increasingly younger tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful
Cons:
building tenants have become increasingly younger and the building seems to be prioritizing moving more bodies into units to charge more in rents vs supporting existing tenants. Younger tenants are louder and constantly take up the roof in the spring/summer.

Building was nice

Cons:

Avoid at all costs!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros
Cons:
This building is a glorified dorm with zero amenities. The landlords trick you into renting at discounted rates and then try to raise your rent 30% year over year. They have zero concern or regard for their staff and tenants. They are unresponsive to any complaints, and have taken away package room amenities, the front door has been broken for over a year and there is zero security at the front desk. Avoid this building at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming tenants and invest more in building

Expensive "luxury" building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great location and is visually appealing offering solid amenities with large apartments and nice outdoor space. Maintenance staff is super responsive to correct any issues within the apartment.
Cons:
The management is horrendous. They price gouge residents into paying astronomically high prices for "luxury" amenities that are constantly under construction or not useable. Walls are thin enough to receive noise complaints all the time and doorman do not stop anyone from entering. Apartments are large and expensive enough that basically everyone in the building is using flex walls to create additional bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
Either offer true luxury amenities that work all the time to justify the outrageous prices or lower your prices

Great Experience Overall
Former Tenant
Pros:

Loved 50 murray
Former Tenant
Pros:
spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, updated appliances, pretty rooftop, friendly staff, never saw a single bug in my apartment once
Cons:
The package store is only open Monday - Friday from I believe 8am-4pm and since most people who live there are using flex walls it brings a lot of young people to the building which is fun but can be loud
Overpriced with largely flexed apartments inhabited by loud, 20-somethings in finance. Equinox downstairs is extremely loud; amenities could be better for a “lux” building.

1 year rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities - especially 50% off Equinox membership for the location next door, but also a couple different rooftops (one w a grill) and a basketball court
Cons:
Noise levels can be a nuisance and walls in the same apartment are very thing - so you might hear your roommates taking or their tv through the wall. Not all windows are double paned, so you can get traffic noise at night
Advice to owner:
Upgrade windows to be double paned

Pros:

Cons:
