Super responsive maintenance; very clean; and quiet

The neighborhood is more FiDi than Tribeca

Maintain the hallways better — they need updating

Nice but be ready for subway noise and loud neighbors

Staff was friendly and responsive. Units are cookie cutter and fine

It feels like a glorified dorm with loud parties often. This also sits above the subway and you can hear and feel the trains as they rumble by
