Horrible AWFUL Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is very central - easy to get anywhere. All neighbors are nice and great!
Cons:
Management is HORRIBLE for this building. Take eons to respond to any issues if they even respond at all. We didn’t have hot water for weeks on end and they did nothing to fix it until we contacted 311. The buildings AC vent system is also full of mold and they won’t do anything to fix it.
Advice to owner:
LISTEN TO YOUR RENTERS!!!!

Gross building, nice neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central location next to almost all subway stops. Great neighborhood
Cons:
Management is horrible. They don't care about tenants. Will enter units without permission from tenants and will ghost them for no reason
Advice to owner:
Clean the building more. Stop letting the creepy man live in the basement.

Noisy and something is always broken
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, laundry in-unit
Cons:
Elevator always broken, managers don’t care about tenants, paper thin walls, bug problems, security system always broken
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building, enforce building rules, be strict with tenant noise, spray for bugs, deduct rent when services don’t work (like the elevator)
