Cozy but Noisy

Lovely inside the place
Cons:
Lobby package theft, garbage mismanagement and persistent garbage door broken and lobby alarm going off. Ugliest stretch of street in Tribeca. Lovely inside, crappy and ugly outside. Ugliest section of street in Tribeca with heavy, noisy construction planned for next several years directly across the street and undesirable and unsightly graffiti plagued vacancies nearby. Heavy pollution- can’t open windows
Advice to owner:
Address garbage / lobby door fix.
