Not worth it for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is very close to the Canal St. subway. Friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Management is irresponsible and immature. Leaves trash in apartment hallway, smelling up the entire building. Does not respond to any concerns regarding the apartment. Vastly overpriced.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location Neighbors are friendly
Cons:
The management is unresponsive and rude. They will not take care of maintenance and the building is overrun with rats. They also take out the garbage in the hallway at 7pm, so when you walk home it smells awful. In one year alone, we have had issues with ants, mice in our apartment, rats in the building, water damage in the ceiling, and a broken fridge. We had to call our own exterminator, who found the hole behind the dishwasher. Management is hostile and will yell at you if you call with a concern that they should have dealt with. The most unprofessional and rude people I have ever spoken to.
