Things to know
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great in terms of subway access
Cons:
They will not hesitate to raise your rent 33+% The street is a tourist trap and it’s sooo annoying, if you’re not open the tourists constantly using your front door as a bench do not live here. The feast of San Gennaro is hell.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so money hungry and aggressive towards tenants nearing the end of their lease. They do not owe you anything after you essentially made them homeless with insane rent increases.
