Responsive landlord, generally untidy building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind, responsive management.
Cons:
- Landlord seems to mean well, but based on property records you can tell she owns the building -- however, she insists on pretending she's just the property manager and is "reporting" back to some larger real estate company. She'll say things like "Oh, I don't think they'll let me do that", but when in reality she is the owner of the building.
- Strange mix between older residents who have been in the building for decades and very young tenants. Makes for a strange dynamic.
- It's a very old building, and the surrounding area is a bit dirty. The building has been well-maintained over the years, but it's still a bit too dirty.

do not live here unless you wanna deal with a crazy landlady and dirty building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- location is central from subway lines and is at the corners of diff neighborhoods - exterminator every month
Cons:
- dirty ass building and is poorly maintained - building smells because of butcher next door and overflowing piles of trash on street and in lobby of building - landlady is extremely rude and condescending, doest listen to complaints - landlady is extremely unprofessional - landlady tries to charge you fees for everything, squeezes money out of u - rats all over the street - garbage trucks are extremely loud and go on all night long, be ready to kiss your sleep goodbye - bathrooms are teeny tiny
Advice to owner:
please hire someone to help you, you make it so difficult to live
