Excellent Landlord, Great Deal for Location

Pros:
I loved being in the heart of Chinatown, without living on an especially loud, busy, or dirty street. The best thing about this building is the responsiveness and care of the landlord, Howard Chin. I always had a great experience interacting with him and he was always quick to solve problems and follow up as needed.
Cons:
Sometimes the building entry/stairway smells due to proximity to the trash enclosure in the back of the building and the restaurant next door, but it's not a huge issue. Minor pest issues but fairly quickly resolved, and incidents became infrequent. No intercom, so sometimes packages aren't delivered, and you always have to go downstairs to let guests in the building.

Pros:
Landlord lives in building and is generally responsive. Good location.
Cons:
The water comes out of the tap scaling and the landlord wasn’t super responsive about the roach issue.
