Fine living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train, nice finishes, good light on one side of living area, excellent super, easy to get to LES, views of east river and bridges
Cons:
Some issues w pests, apartment gets kind of dark away from front bedroom, desolate blocks get grating, and obviously bridge noise. Vaulted ceilings are beautiful but create almost no sound barriers bw apts
