Really nice, cosy spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, newly renovated interior. Quiet streets. Good soundproofing between apartments. Hot water is excellent.
Cons:
Noise from trains going over the bridge above. However I was in one of the units on the side facing away from the bridge and got used to it quickly. The apartment was quite small and received virtually no natural light.
Advice to owner:
No complaints so far

Nice building, bad super
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s an old building but all the units are newly renovated (few years ago). They look nice, clean, modern. Great neighborhood.
Cons:
Super is hard to get ahold of and it often takes a long time to get anything fixed or get a complaint addressed. Building is also right under the Manhattan bridge overpass so the train may be too loud if noise bothers you.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better super or be more on top of him when a complaint gets filed.
