A calm block in a big city
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's on a tree-lined block that is close to the waterfront (East River is 2 blocks away), multiple parks, Brooklyn Bridge, seaport, Chinatown, etc.
Cons:
Small apartments. Can hear church bells and the subway on the Manhattan bridge, but can get used to it.
Advice to owner:
Consider ways to improve garbage management.
