Quiet and Comfortable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fully refurbished apartment, with brand new appliances. Neighbors are friendly, and clean up after themselves in the hallway. Very quiet most days. Landlord is extremely responsive, and kind. Never had any issues with them. Yearly rent increase is on the lower end if not the full amount they can increase. Landlord is open to negotiate (at least with us).
Cons:
Hallways need a a serious deep clean. No buzzer. Sometimes tenants will smoke cigarettes in the hallways. Packages will sometimes go missing but it truly is a rare occasion. UPS has the hardest time delivering to building.
Advice to owner:
I've enjoyed my time living here, and don't plan on moving unless we absolutely have to. Thank you for your service! We love the our apartment!
