Terrible landlord, tiny apartments, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Easy access to Chinatown, LES, Financial District.
Cons:
The landlord does not give back deposits when people move out, does not respect tenants, and screams at people. She has been taken to court for harassment and discrimination in the past. You can look her up: Soo Fung Dong.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect. Many of them pay way too much money or live in terrible conditions.
