nice renovated apartment, dirty hallways and garbage area
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the location and the apartment was recently renovated.
Cons:
The building is poorly kept. The entrance door does not close properly. Packages get stolen. Heating malfunctions once a month. Neighbors get packages delivered and leave them in the hallway for weeks. hallways are generally very dirty with animal hair, food leftovers, dirt. trash area is super dirty, too many street rats.
Advice to owner:
It is important to consider and value good tenants that take care of the units in this building. Not everything is about money and market price. In general the building could be cleaner.
