Horrible management in an old building

Pros:
Updated fixtures Reasonable rent for the size and location
Cons:
Management is not responsive Multiple bedbug cases No heat in the winter despite filing multiple complaints with the city

Great place to live!

Pros:
Updated Units/appliances, they are really good about taking out the recycling in a timely manner, really responsive to maintenance requests, virtual doorman, washer/dryer in unit, allow pets!
Cons:
Far from the subway, no close grocery stores, very quite neighborhood, packages stolen sometimes
