Great area in Chinatown
Pros
Great light as next door building is short. Average price for space for the area. Apartment is in a great location in Chinatown, lots of things nearby. Area itself is frequently getting new businesses, as well as several long-time/affordable restaurants
Cons
Apartment itself is next to a bar that is extremely loud all night, however, so be ready to hear screaming, noise and music until 4am. Heat is not turned on in the day towards the spring so it can be cold in the day if you're home Hallway smells like tobacco sometimes from neighbors smoking in their apartments Hot water goes out at least once a year
