Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, natural light, felt safe and comfortable, no disruptive or noisy tenants. Responsive super.
Cons:
Noise from the trains but you get used to it. Weak water pressure in bathroom.

extremely loud, management somewhat responsive but slow
Former Tenant
Pros:
the structure of the apartment itself is very nice, open and high ceilings
Cons:
