Good location, small apartments, old staircase and hallway, cheap interior,

Pros:
Good location, nice neighbors,
Cons:
Thin wall, landlord takes forever to fix things, loud noise, dirty common area, garbage area is messy and not organized , interior is cheap and easily to broke, door is so thin,
