Absolute hell, keep looking

Pros

Great light, cheap, 3 handrails by the stairs in case you grow an extra arm.

Cons

Where do I start? The manager or super will come in banging on the door to your room at any hour. They moved us into a new room so they could charge the next person more. Always conflict between roommates, everyone’s business is public. We were late on rent and they had someone trying to move into our room a week later without saying anything to us. No organized mail or trash system. Hot water turns off every 2 minutes during a shower. Bugs. Heater barely works.
