Not worth the headache
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and water pressure.
Cons:
Pest issues, there was a german roach infestation before move in. Persistent mouse problem as well. Also only accepts payment via check by mail but regularly loses track of them and claim you were late or will cash them and claim you did not pay.
Advice to owner:
Need's to get rid of the pest problem and accept electronic payments.

Average apt for Les
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was amazing, lower east side vibrant neighborhood. Only steps to the east Broadway subway. Back facing apartments were very quiet.
Cons:
Extremely small, back facing apartments had minimal natural light. Garbage was inside building which attracted rats. Had mice for a brief period. Fourth floor ceiling leaked when it rained. Robert the owner was responsive.
Advice to owner:
Keep the rent pricing low because the space is tiny.
