Nice big apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is pretty big and has lots of light and is quiet
Cons:
The water is horrible. Not only is it undrinkable, and I have to use a filter, the shower gave me dandruff until I added a shower filter. Also the pressure and hot water is extremely unreliable during the evenings.
The windows need to be replaced. They all have condensation on the inside and it’s impossible to clean.
Advice to owner:
Get a new boiler for the water and maybe even replace the pipes. I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t pass a health code for drinkable water.
