Good building, terrible landlord.
Pros
Great neighborhood, quiet, outdoor spaces, helpful super
Cons
The landlord is a snake. He renovated the building so that each unit would produce its own electric heating. That means that's it's not the landlord, but rathe the TENENT, that foots the bill for electric heating. In the coldest months, you can expect to pay anywhere from $600 to $1000 for utilities. It's disgusting.
Advice to the owners
Stop being a snake.
The best! Loved living here
Pros
Roof deck, washer dryer, elevator. Kind landlord and reasonable rent. Magical views Packages rarely stolen despite no doorman
Cons
The kitchens are for dolls, truly so tiny and not usable
Advice to the owners
Dishwasher please!
