The best! Loved living here

Pros:
Roof deck, washer dryer, elevator. Kind landlord and reasonable rent. Magical views Packages rarely stolen despite no doorman
Cons:
The kitchens are for dolls, truly so tiny and not usable
Advice to owner:
Dishwasher please!

Building management is super helpful and live in super in the basement also able to help with issues. Great neighborhood and very functional apartments.

Not the newest, but all very functional.

Landlord willing to raise rent by a lot every year. Broker fee is high

-amazing location -elevator -rooftop access and not many people were ever really up there -quiet
