Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Basically everything. We did have roaches, but mgmt was great and my exterminator was a cool guy, gave us good advice.
Overall rocked
Cons:
Tough approval process not a ton of units available some of the floorplans have weird long hallways that feel dated

Quiet co-op building with old-world charm
Former Tenant
Pros:
A mostly senior demographic with some young families. Quiet with lovely garden and fountain in courtyard. Units have world charm with modern touches. 24 hour security and package retrieval system comes in handy. Gym, laundry room, and bike storage in building.
Cons:
The garden is pretty to look at, but there is nowhere to sit and enjoy it.
Advice to owner:
Add seating to the garden area. The hallways, stairwells, and building common areas are always cleaned and well-maintained, but they could be updated to give the coop a more luxurious feel.

Unique prewar building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly and helpful building staff, common spaces kept spotlessly clean, very quiet building (thick walls, side streets and courtyard, respectful neighbors), large laundry room with cheap prices
Cons:
Radiator heat (usually too hot in the building)
Advice to owner:
Consider adding seating in courtyard particularly during COVID
