Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location. The super was wonderful and was always available via call or text.
Cons:
It was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the management company.
The gas was out for almost 2 years due to outdated gas lines, but there were barely any update as to when it might get turned back on in order to use our stove. Plus, they upped the rent while this all was happening.
The front door never closed on its own, which left everyone in the building vulnerable to strangers walking in/packages being stolen.
The heating they provided was a HUGE in window heating system that only heated about 10-15 feet around it.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phones and e-mails.
