Fun Post Grad Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
lots of fun, great spot to be post-college. Our apartment has a lot of great light. The roof is a blast and a great way to meet people
Cons:
PACKAGE STEALING! Leaks and repairs take a while; we had a cockroach infestation at one point and ended up having to take care of it ourselves. Our fridge and living space was super small. Super loud from street noise and with everyone being young it's not possible to have a quiet night on the weekend, but I don't know anyone living here who has a problem with that. Elevator often broken after weekends
Advice to owner:
Get a better workflow in place for bugs and trash and PACKAGE STEALING

BED BUGS RUN!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super clean, nice, party apt, roof top is sick. Great spot for post college apartment
Cons:
BED BUGS! BED BUGS! THROUGH THE WALLS. Wrap that mattress up buddy cuz they’re comin
Advice to owner:
If an apartment has bed bugs and people are literally covered in bites… MAYBE you should help them out!

Great building to live in overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
-responsive and friendly super
- elevator
- virtual doorman
- rooftop
- clean in lobby
Cons:
-trash often overflows in garbage room so sometimes there are rats but unsure what else management can do about this with the number of tenants in the building
- a few cockroach sightings in my apartment but pretty typical for the neighborhood and being on the second floor
-packages often stolen (again, less of a management issue but for new people moving in to be aware)
