You deserve better
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was within walking distance of great areas although the building itself was in a terrible location.
Cons:
The building was disgusting with terrible trash management and was infested with roaches. Packages were stolen on a regular basis. I could go on forever.
Advice to owner:
Fumigate the building

Worst management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is convenient and i like the neighborhood
Cons:
Management company is the worst. Danielle is horrible and rude and doesn’t fix anything. They pose themselves as a company but I’ve only spoken to Danielle- I’ve requested to speak with someone else and she refused.

One time i had a package stolen from the building. I saw it in the lobby on my way to work but i was running really late so i left it there. When i came back 4 hours later it was gone. I called and asked for security footage which was a whole other argument- Danielle demanded to know the exact time when the package was stolen and i told her i could only
Narrow it down to 4 hours and she was EXTREMELY difficult about it. They sent an employee to the building and i got the footage on a usb drive. There was about 10 hours of footage but the 4 hours i requested was cut out!

Also COCKROACHES
Advice to owner:
Get a new, competent, management company/new staff.

Building owners suck
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dishwasher in unit, laundry in building
Cons:
They shut off hot water a couple times throughout the year and didnt turn it on for days, no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm, bad neighborhood compared to a few blocks away but they charge as if its the heart of the east village. I had to use pepper spray outside twice on aggressive neighbors. Oh and sometimes people leave dog poo in the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive

not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The tenants are nice, the location is great.
Cons:
The management is incredibly rude. Several times they accused me of missing payments, and instead of rectifying this kindly, they responded with two-word emails. It took six weeks to get a plumber into our unit, and their emergency line for repairs always had a full inbox.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenant concerns.

Full of cockroaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train, bars, restaurants
Cons:
Cockroaches, projects across the street
Advice to owner:
Fix the bugs
