40 Clinton St. was very clean and had good trash mamagement, but LOUD

Pros:
The buldings units were very clean and during the winter the heat worked well.
Cons:
Lived right next to a barking dog. Dog would bark all day and when management was contacted they did nothing about it.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the loud clients
