Stonehenge is an AWFUL management company but the building is in a great locatio
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Location - Washer Dryer in unit - Private Backyard - Gas stove - Dishwasher - Super is very responsive
Cons:
- Management is impossible to get in contact with - Infested with cockroaches - garbage room is crawling with rats (sounds like they are having a garbage pool party at night) - Sometimes the garbage will not get picked up for weeks and they just throw it in the back stairwell - A lot of people like to hangout on the front stairwell - Steven Nathan is an awful property manager, he never answers emails or phone calls back, it is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone in management. - Trying to get anything fixed that a super can't do is almost impossible, took them 4 months to get someone to look at our washer/dryer
Advice to owner:
Answer your emails/phone calls
