Cockroach Problems Here

Pros:
Great location, communicative management.
Cons:
We had a serious cockroach problem while living here. The building did provide extermination services but they were not suffucient. Was really unpleasant to live here with pests. Gas was also out for over a year while I lived here!
Advice to owner:
Pretty straightforward based on the cons listed.
