Had cockroaches and the building was slow to respond/had a bad exterminator

Pros:
Pretty apartment with a good layout. Lots of sun.
Cons:
Had cockroaches and the building was slow to respond/had a bad exterminator. We had to hire someone on our own. Our kitchen was out of commission for 2 months.

Be more responsive

Management wasn’t great. We were without cooking gas for many months and they fought us on a rebate
