89 Clinton Street LES
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage taken out readily, lived on 4th FL so no pests but ground and 1st did have problem, Eliot (landlord) was always responsive.
Cons:
The owners of the building are terrible. They scam you by not offering your deposit, are inflexible, and we had a MASSIVE leak in our bathroom. The roof was wide open and there was a tarp for 6+ weeks. Mgmt did nothing in regards to rent compensation. Mold was an issue bc of this.
Advice to owner:
No one ever renews their lease for a reason.

Stressful experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Exterior looks nice and the location is great. Not many bars on clinton street so it’s pretty quiet for LES.
Cons:
Terrible building management- left us with no heat and hot water for a week in December and wouldn’t do anything about it. Had to go everyday to their office in order for them to help. Rats everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Quality of the building needs improvement! And please hire people who are experienced and understand the importance of being responsive when a tenant is experiencing issues. Issues like rat infestation and no heat in a cold winter month.

Avoid At All Costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
9300 Realty recently changed the name to Centennial Properties NY is the worst landlord in NYC. The building is crumbling under the fake exterior of the units and you will be ghosted by management and lied to. My ceiling fell and I am going on five months of no help with mold water dripping etc.
Cons:
I have written both cons because there is nothing good about this building or Croman owned buildings. The biggest con is my lawyer fee to protect my money from these crooks.
Advice to owner:
I hope your real estate license is taken away. Also don’t take your tenants money if your family is flaunting their money around NYC.
