Location is nice but not worth the money they’re asking
Former Tenant
Pros:
LES is a good time.
Cons:
What they are trying to charge is absolutely not worth it for this amount of money. Find another place for $3k. They advertise some apts as 1 bedroom but they are not big enough for a bed to be in it. There are 0 amenities in the building. Amenities are dated; bathroom should have been renovated before I moved in

Former Tenant
Pros:
Management company was decent, building wasn’t gross.
Cons:
My rent increased by 1K once my lease was up. Knew it was coming bc I got a COVID deal but still pretty egregious imo
