Don't be fooled, a tenement building is still a tenement building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, access to subway, interesting shops nearby
Cons:
It's a renovated tenement building. My issues included:
1) Impossible to sleep at night in the room by the street (Clinton) because this is the first exit off Williamsburg bridge;
2) Dust from nearby construction getting all over my unit
3) Constant ceiling leak
4) The trash room below was not sealed off from the AC vent and I could smell the trash in the summer
Advice to owner:
Fix your property, and don't hire Misrahi Realty because they were very scummy.
