Management demonstrates good intentions.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management can be easy to deal with if you need something.
Cons:
Although concern is demonstrated follow through is not the best. You can wait for a long time for repairs and other issues. No real desire to modernize apartments.

Walls and floors are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. During my time neighbors were very inconsiderate dropping items on the floor at all times of the night, loud music, loud TV, etc. Banging on walls and ceilings did nothing.
Advice to owner:
Given the age of the building, noise, and walk up, and luxury properties across the street, apartments should be made more modern. Not just the usual quick fix.

Hold neighbors accountable for noise.

Better organization around issuing of leases.
