Great building - roof, laundry, virtual doorman!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- roof deck - washer dryer in building - no street noise in first floor back facing apartments - virtual doorman - great location
Cons:
- overly sensitive smoke detectors - super is not live in but easy to contact - back facing apartment’s sunlight blocked by neighbouring building
Advice to owner:
Replace smoke detectors with less sensitive ones or place them within reach of turning off
