Building shut off gas & electricity for an entire year
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice size for the money, w/d, clean
Cons:
Building lost heat & hot water for an entire year and did nothing to resolve the issue. Management would not return calls or emails. Icon Realty is a big red flag - avoid at all costs. Do not live here if you want a management team that will fix issues and is responsive.
