Prime LES, Odd "Improvements"

Pros:
Great super, responsive landlord, unbeatable location, friendly tenants - cozy, clean studios at a reasonable price point (for the neighborhood)
Cons:
Semi-regular "optimizations" across the building seem to depreciate the value of the property, VERY LOUD, a few questionable run-ins with hot water/heat and quality of tap water

Pros:
Peter and Kristin are awesome. I never had any issues with them and responsiveness was always quick. They’re also really nice and keep the building well kept.
