I loved Clinton St very much

Pros:
I had no roach or mice problems ever. Really great place, I will miss it!
Cons:
It could get loud at times but overall you get used to it

Really no complaints

Pros:
Landlord was responsive to any issues, good light (in B apartments), no roaches
Cons:
One minor issue with mice that was fixed by landlord within 5 days, rent was raised significantly upon lease renewal after covid
Advice to owner:
keep up the good work
