Pest issue and loud street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Interiors are solid - fairly renovated and nice appliances. Good location near fun bars and restaurants
Cons:
Constant pest issue - we kept our apartment very clean but we saw so many roaches. You have a doorman, but he's actually a homeless guy constantly standing outside the door. Loud, but that comes with the location being on Houston

Homeless people stand outside 24/7
Former Tenant
Pros:
The interior is clean.
Cons:
Homeless people stand at your door step every day and all day. Landlord doesn’t respond to contact. It’s freezing in the back of the apartment because there is only one thermostat In the front. So loud. Fire trucks sit at intersection because it’s busy with sirens going.
