Nice Apartment but Noisy Area
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was renovated long enough ago that it's not hideous falling-apart plywood like newer places, and they kept the original charm of the hallways. Online portal for rent and complaints and is quick to respond and fix things. Apartments very reasonably sized.
Cons:
Paper thin walls, and very noisy area in general on the facing Delancey side. Building seems to be increasingly full of rich college kids and fewer families. Occasional package theft problems with people posing as delivery men, someone new lets them in, they just take stuff.
Advice to owner:
Property itself pretty ok, greedy rent spike just shitty

Nice building, terrible bar below
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, fast responses from the supervisor, trash always taken out.
Cons:
“Welcome to the Johnson’s” bar below is incredibly loud on some nights and 311 reports didn’t help at all.
Advice to owner:
Deal with the bar downstairs. It’s miserable to be in the building on the nights the bar is loud until 2 or 4 AM
