Nothing fancy but quiet and charming
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the small touches in the apartments. It’s an old building so great crown molding and real wood floors. SO quiet and amazing southern sunlight for the rear facing windows which are the two most important aspects for me. Neighbors are lovely and will always offer a helping hand. Landlords are pretty attentive to asks.
Cons:
A few small things I’ve learned to live with - the stairwells are a little dark and dirty. The trash is in the lobby so you need to scooch past is to get to the front doors. Gross on days where it’s really full. There’s no buzzer so you need to go down to the ground floor to let guests in or get your delivery food.
Advice to owner:
Keep up with the garbage in the lobby and give the stairwells a good scrub and paint job
