Great, sparkling clean apartment.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was always so clean in there; the hallways were cleaned once a week. There is a trash room (incredibly rare!) that was also, *spotless*. I'm not a stickler for this stuff but it really made an impression. We had very few issues, we were returned our security deposit by the mgmt, and they wrote me a letter of recommendation after. If you can afford it, do it.
Cons:
They almost doubled our rent during covid. They did not want to negotiate.
Advice to owner:
You would have had multiple 10+ year tenants who loved the building if you would have been willing to negotiate on covid rents. We loved the building but were forced to move.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Light, trash and maintenance, great property manager
Cons:
The super can be a little mean and aggressive at times.
Advice to owner:
Options to help people during COVID with their lease.
