Well What ??

Pros:
updated kitchen and bathroom, great water pressure, some light in the kitchen, access to roof, responsive landlord, one bedroom had a pretty view of backyard w. trees...the one guy would always mop floor and was very very kind.. good people said to be in building but didn’t meet them
Cons:
the floor in apartment 3 is TILTED. nothing would stand upright. far from subway, and close to possible crime (never affected me or bothered me)
Advice to owner:
i had a bad roomate experience but the place itself is fine... it’s a simple place that doesn’t have much character than other to what you bring to it
