Worst possible management and building ever (literally)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Little to nothing. I guess there are doors to the apartment and they work?
Cons:
- management does not give a flying shit
- we had our heating break during middle of winter (not fixed for 12 days). We slept in ski jackets
- one roommate had to move out because one of the bedrooms in the basement was illegal to live in (after 2 months into our lease)
- there was a mole and insulation problem that caused $4000+ in damages
- they told us when we were looking that we had a private back yard (bull shit, ended up being communal and they just piled trash there so it was disgusting)
- management will literally ignore you no matter what. Good luck calling them literally 20 times each day to have the receptionist pick up and say “the boss is not in!”
Advice to owner:
Stop laundering money or whatever it is you’re doing, because you’re definitely not managing a building
