Pros
I love living here! Owner is great, very responsive. Super is great, keeps things tidy and in order. Great location, close to bus, supermarkets and Tompkins. Update: I moved out 2 years ago. Shortly after moving, my old landlord sold the building to someone else. I think a property company. I can’t speak to the new owner or how the building is now.
Cons
Wish the building had 1 - 2 bedrooms and not just studios.
Advice to the owners
Keep up the great work!!

Pros
The building is very clean and well maintained and the rent is reasonable for this area. Both the landlord and super are incredibly responsive and take care of any issues immediately. You can totally see they genuinely care about the tenants and the property.
Cons
The worst part is, like most of the East Village, we are being invaded by these bratty, disrespectful, absurdly loud young people that turn anywhere they go into their playground. Most older tenants are moving out, and it feels more and more like we live in a dorm.
Advice to the owners
Curate the people you rent the units out to - it really makes a big difference. Other than that, keep up the good work!
