Pros:
I love living here! Owner is great, very responsive. Super is great, keeps things tidy and in order. Great location, close to bus, supermarkets and Tompkins.
Cons:
Wish the building had 1 - 2 bedrooms and not just studios.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!!

AMAZING Landlord, for real.

Pros:
The building is very clean and well maintained and the rent is reasonable for this area. Both the landlord and super are incredibly responsive and take care of any issues immediately. You can totally see they genuinely care about the tenants and the property.
Cons:
The water pressure is not amazing. Only studios available.
