Solid Apartment, Good Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive landlord/super. Quiet building that was actively updated/maintained.
Cons:
The unit windows were somewhat drafty and the radiator hissed loudly but that can be par for the course in NYC, no major complaints. The bathroom was teeny and the shower got moldy easily even with regular cleaning. At one point there was a leak from the shower in the unit above which lead to problems with our bathroom but that got addressed in a speedy manner.
