Pros:
the neighbors were all cool young ppl (first 5 years out of college demographic). building was clean. street was quiet. apts were all nice and renovated. never a pest issue. super was a nice guy. overall great first nyc apt imo
Cons:
poor natural lighting. narrow stairs (sucks for when ur moving). had nightmare experiences with my washer/drier (in unit btw) bc they were never quick to repair anything. a flood from the ceiling happened in the half bath from shower above us but they fixed it quick. other than nothing
Advice to owner:
get better washer driers and make the sinks bigger
