Good location terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
good locations. on very busy street but generally pretty quiet in apartment.
Cons:
there was an active cockroach infestation in the building. we complained several times, including filing a 311 complaint and receiving an order from the city mandating our landlord to take certain pest control measure. the landlord never did anything to remedy the issue. downstairs neighbor very sensitive to noise and rude
